I'm a Slytherclaw. My hobbies include reading, writing, and having my soul consumed by the internet.
I'm cynical, fandom-obsessed, and borderline religious. I think I want to be a kindergarten teacher.
I aspire to be more eloquent with my words, to make people realize that introversion ≠ social awkwardness, and to be a decent writer one day.
I am a feminst, pro-choice, gay rights supporter at a Christian school in the Bible belt. Please pray for my sanity.
I am a proud user of the oxford comma.

gahhhhh finals are this week.
I really tried to capture his facial expression.
hahaha boy in outer space
maybe they just rub me wrong since they’re always explained by some pouty faced dude, but these posts always seem to roughly translate to,
“Dear girl, I know you must be insecure not because the world has told you a lot of specific instructions about how you have to dress and look a certain way in order to be happy and beautiful and to have people like you that is reflected and reinforced in all the tv and movies we watch, the magazines we buy, the commercials that air-
I know the real reason for your insecurity must be that not enough men have told you today that your face looks good no matter what you put on it. Now you feel better, right?”
yes !!!
also, i wear make up and nice clothes because i fucking WANT TO and it’s actually a LOT OF FUN for me to dress up all fancy and femme like i do, and i don’t give a flying fuck whether he or any bloke thinks i look any more or less beautiful for my cute clothes and make up because, frankly, it’s none of their business. my fluctuating levels of insecurity and my levels of fabulous dress do not correlate, and cannot, WILL NOT be changed by some creep who doesn’t get that fashion is an art form and that patriarchy goes a lot deeper than whether teenage boys think we’re pretty without any make up on. because, hey! guess what else: there’s a whole lot of things you can say about us which are infinitely better compliments. we’re not here for your aesthetic pleasure. we’re here to kick ass.
I have a Bible exam tomorrow and I need to memorize the eleven page study packet I have.
